Terms of Use

These Terms of Use describe how to order and use MapMotion, a service producing animated course map videos to promote running events.

The service is provided by WSoft Servicos LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 35.489.697/0001-90. Our full address is below. Contact mail@mapmotion.ai for support.

You must have legal capacity and authorization to act for the event where applicable. These terms form part of the offer on this website and preserve rights provided by Brazilian law and any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.

The current offer is US$20.00, a one-time payment with no subscription, for one course supplied with your order. You receive four final MP4 videos with audio:

• 2D and 3D Feed videos at 1080 × 1350.
• 2D and 3D Stories videos at 1080 × 1920.
• Your event name, logo and colors, based on the materials you provide.
• An instrumental soundtrack.

Examples show styles and formats. Your result depends on the course and branding you supply. Additional services, courses, formats or editable project files are included only when expressly stated in the offer or agreed with you.

The video is promotional material. It does not replace race rules, permits, signage, traffic instructions or safety guidance. Landmarks and distances depend on the source file and must be checked by the organizer before publishing.

Enter your name, email and WhatsApp, then complete payment through Stripe. These details identify your order and let us contact you about materials and delivery. The amount, currency and available payment methods are shown before confirmation. Check your email carefully: it identifies your orders.

An order is paid only when the payment processor confirms it. Returning to the website or opening the order page does not, by itself, confirm payment. If payment is pending, follow the status shown on your order.

This offer has no recurring charge. Additional services require advance information and your agreement; they are never added automatically. Regional offers are displayed in BRL or USD. Your order retains the amount and currency confirmed at purchase.

Submit materials after purchase through the private order page or My orders. Add optional notes, save a draft and continue later. Production requires:

• Your official course as GPX/KML or a public Strava link identifying the route.
• The event name, logo, main color and necessary branding instructions.
• Any additional brand assets you want us to use.

Check the course, direction, legibility and contents of your files. Do not send personal documents, passwords or unnecessary athlete data. Private links, unreadable files or incomplete information may require additional materials.

You must have the rights or permission to supply logos, images, fonts and other content. Submission authorizes their use to fulfill your order; it does not transfer your brand rights or authorize MapMotion to use them in its portfolio or advertising.

If materials are incomplete, unreadable or do not identify the course, we will request what is missing. The period starts once the necessary items are usable. Changes in scope or a new course may require a separately agreed deadline.

Download your videos from My orders or your private order page. Sign in with Google or an email link using the purchase email. We email you when delivery is available; you can also follow progress on the website.

Download and keep your own copy. We do not promise permanent or unlimited hosting. Contact us if you need to recover a delivery. Changes to file availability do not remove our obligations under your purchase.

Check the event name, branding, course and information before publishing. If delivery does not match the agreed service or the correct materials you supplied, contact support with your order ID and a description of the issue.

Production errors will be addressed without improper charges, preserving applicable rights to correction, re-performance, refund or a price reduction. Commercial revision limits do not reduce statutory guarantees.

A new course or branding change requested after production can change the scope. Any additional amount or deadline must be explained and accepted before work begins. Contacting support never creates an automatic charge.

Where applicable to a distance purchase under Brazilian law, a seven-day withdrawal right applies from signing or receipt of the product or service, according to Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Customization does not automatically waive that right. Other mandatory rights that apply to your purchase are preserved.

For cancellation, withdrawal or a refund, contact mail@mapmotion.ai with your purchase email and order ID if available. Do not send full card details, a security code, password or sign-in code.

Where a refund is required by law or the offer, the amount due will be returned without requiring you to waive your rights. Refund processing uses the payment method and also depends on Stripe and your financial institution. We will keep you informed through support.

Other requests are assessed against the stage of the service and the conditions actually agreed. These terms do not remove rights concerning defects, failure to fulfill the offer or delays attributable to the provider.

The final videos are intended to promote the purchased event on social media and the organizer’s other channels, subject to third-party rights and platform rules.

Brands and materials you supply remain with their rights holders. Production elements and soundtracks are subject to applicable licenses. Specific usage restrictions must be disclosed before the relevant purchase. Contact us if an element of your delivery receives a rights claim.

Purchasing MP4 files does not automatically include editing projects, source files, tools, code or exclusive ownership of every production element. Different conditions must be expressly agreed.

We will not use your materials or delivery to promote MapMotion solely because you placed an order. Portfolio use requires specific permission.

Your email and sign-in links identify your account and orders. Keep access private, use an email account you control and sign out on shared devices. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access or cannot find an order.

Google sign-in uses basic identity information; it does not grant access to Gmail or Google Drive. Data handling, providers and account deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict access where there are indications of fraud or misuse, using proportionate review while preserving legitimate order-related rights. Maintenance and technical changes do not remove obligations under the purchased offer.

Send questions, correction requests, cancellations and complaints to mail@mapmotion.ai. Include a clear description and your order ID. Support follows applicable response deadlines, including the five-day limit for consumer submissions in Brazilian electronic commerce when applicable.

Brazilian law applies, including consumer and data protection law where relevant, without removing mandatory rights that apply to you. These terms do not impose an exclusive court that prevents lawful consumer access to competent authorities.

The version shown above applies to purchases made during its effective period. Later updates do not remove rights from earlier orders or change an agreed offer retroactively.
